Direct-Floors roots were
founded in 2000. We began by subcontracting for major Palm Beach County
Flooring Companies. Every job we took-on was completed with passion and
integrity. We always went the extra mile to ensure that our name would be
remembered. As the years carried on we expanded our business - contracting
for other floor retailers as well as designers and home owners who heard of
us through word-of-mouth. We hardly advertised because our referrals were
all that we needed. We are proud to say that we have never had a floor fail
after installing over a million square feet. We have always relied on good
old-fashioned customer service. Many installers stop short of doing great
job while we accept nothing less.
Ten years after our inception, we created
Direct Floors.

Our bottom line - Every installer who works with us owns
a piece of the company. We are an installer owned company. We work with
flooring specialists that have knowledge of both the products we sell and
how they are installed. Each installer has over ten years of experience
working in South Florida. This structure is much different than all other
companies and it enables all of our associates to provide each customer with
a level of consideration and service that is unprecedented in the flooring
industry. Each associate is assisted with by a centralized organization.
Our decision to not purchase products from middle men or use
sub-contractors allows us to provide great floors with the highest-quality
service, thus passing the savings along to you.
